About Founder

Denise's career began at BWIA International Airways, where as a Lead Customer Service Agent she was named Employee of the Year, an early marker of the standards she has carried through every role since.

She carried that same standard into her UK career, serving as PA to the Deputy Leader and other Cabinet members at the London Borough of Lambeth, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and communications across the Council.

She has since built a decade of success in strategic growth and stakeholder engagement. She has negotiated three-year sponsorship agreements with multinational organisations, grown trustee participation by 40% in four months, and created and launched a membership initiative shortlisted for Best Membership Initiative in 2019. She has been nominated Role Model of the Year at the Women in Pensions Awards and for Excellence in Customer Service and Communications at the Professional Pensions Awards.

Denise holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales and a BSc in Management from UWI, and is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching, working as an Identity and Self-Leadership Coach through her practice, Inner Align Coach.

She wrote The Coach Within: The Conversation That Changes Everything and The Woman Beneath the Roles, and co-authored Identity Shift.

Beyond the achievements, Denise's driving force is an unwavering belief that every child deserves a nutritious start to their school day and the chance to thrive.
